The 2019 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep core of dark fruit and well integrated oak. The tannins balance with the fruit well and is ready for enjoyment but will age for a very old time. This Reserve Cabernet was aged in roughly 80% new oak for over 30 months before being put in bottle.
